About
I work in bioinformatics and chemoinformatics, with a focus on structural bioinformatics—reading protein structures and their interactions through computation. Beyond machine learning and AI, I am also interested in databases and data infrastructure. I develop analysis tools and ChimeraX and VS Code extensions to make research faster and more enjoyable.
